Once protective film is removed, the windshield is no longer returnable or refundable.

Prior to cleaning, hose off any excess dirt and mud. Gently wash the windshield with a solution of mild soap and lukewarm water, using a soft, grid-free cloth or sponge. Polycarbonate is very durable, but is not scratch proof.
