eBay orders are non-returnable, but are protected under the eBay Money Back Guarantee. All non-eBay parts return requests due to buyer’s remorse or error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the return is due to our error, a defective part, or shipping damage.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Before returning any item to TT Motorsports, please contact us at info@ttmotorsports.com for pre-approval. Product issues will require detailed photos.

Parts approved for return must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, unfitted, and undamaged
• Free of scratches, marks, or installation damage
• Returned in the original packaging

WARRANTY
Warranty-related requests are handled by the manufacturer. All claims and transactions must go through the manufacturer’s warranty department. Allow up to 21 days for processing.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
TT Motorsports reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above. Customers are encouraged to use insured shipping for all returns, particularly for high-value items. TT Motorsports is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.
